Clinton Beach House
A new house was designed to replace the original structurally failing beach house built in the 1800’s. The new exterior design emulates the character of the original house and its surrounding neighbors with the use of bay windows, a stair tower, and period details. The interior was designed for open, modern living while keeping a simple, classic aesthetic with the use of traditional architectural elements. The south-facing Master Suite on the second floor was situated to take advantage of natural light and water views while the remaining four bedrooms feature charming details such as bay windows, sloped ceilings, and a built-in bunk bed
