Expanded Coastal Rhode Island House

Significant alterations to an existing 1940's house included adding a second floor and family room. First floor spaces were renovated and altered to work with the new additions. The design sought to maximize views and take advantage of ocean breezes, while creating a comfortable low-key beach house suitable for a large extended family.
