Watch Hill Renovation I
A 1917 Mott Schmidt "Channel Norman" style oceanfront house was stripped to the stone walls and completely rebuilt. Every component of the house; from basement mechanicals to new insulation, windows and new slate roof were carefully designed and constructed to honor the historic house while updating it for the next 100 years. An underground parking garage carefully stores cars without compromising the aesthetics of the property. The new windows and doors not only take advantage of natural light and ocean views but comply with coastal feature regulations strictly enforced on waterfront homes.
