Watch Hill Renovation III

This historic Watch Hill house was thoughtfully renovated to meet the needs of the family while maintaining the historic character of the house and adhering to strict coastal home regulations. A second floor was added to an existing addition for a master suite that takes advantage of the water views and ties seamlessly into a revised second floor layout. New exterior finishes create the backdrop for the decks, courtyard, and new pool terrace that allows for comfortable outdoor living. The renovation has given this house a new life that will serve the family for years to come.
